Christmas is coming, and we’re so excited to see you at the farm!

Read this page to find out more about our easy 2 step buying process.

Step 1: Buy a Ticket

Tickets will released here at 7pm on 15th November 2024

Trees are limited, and tickets are essential. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to our 4 simple but important rules below:

1. One ticket equals one tree. This is the only way to buy a Christmas tree from our farm. Tickets help us avoid long line ups and too many cars in our carpark.

2. It’s first in best dressed. Every year the trees are different heights and shapes. The earlier you can come to the farm, the better selection you’ll have. There are no ticket refunds.

3. The day you choose to buy a ticket for is the day you can take your tree home. There is no tagging or reserving a tree.

4. If you become busy on the day you have a ticket for, you can come on another day *closer* to Christmas, but not a day earlier in the month. This rule helps us maintain Rule #2.

Ok. That’s enough rules. We’re so excited to see you at the farm!

PS: Remember, remember, the 15th of November!

Tickets go on sale the same date each year. You can also sign up to our mailing list or follow us on social media if you’d like us to send you a reminder.

At the farm

We’re all about hosting a simple and fun farm experience. And we love to hear from families who have made choosing a Christmas tree from our farm each year a family tradition. Here’s a few things about our farm open days:

– Your ticket will be for one tree, but you may bring as many friends and family as you like to help you choose. We’re also dog friendly.

– Tickets are $30 (plus booking fee, around $2). The $30 will be taken off the price of your tree at check out.

– You’ll grab a measuring stick from the welcome desk to check the height of the trees.

– Tree prices are listed on our home page.

– Once you’ve chosen your favourite tree, you’ll wave down a farm helper with a saw, and they’ll cut down your tree for you.

– Bring along your Christmas hats and outfits and take an ‘elfie’ in the trees!

– On the way out, we’ll measure your tree, and your ticket price will be taken off your tree price.

– Be sure bring an old sheet or tarp to keep pine needles and sap out of your car, and/or tie-downs or rope to secure your tree to your roof-racks, and you’re away!

– You can find a tree care video and instructions here when you return home.

– On the second weekend in January we have our annual Tree-cycle Day, find out more about that here.

– And, if you have more questions, you might find some answers here otherwise get in contact with us.

See you there!
